With immediate effect, Caroline Dando has been promoted to Commercial Manager.
This is a thoroughly well deserved step up and a real testament to the dedication, hard work and commitment Caroline has shown over the last seven years with CIB. During this time, she has consistently gone above and beyond for our clients, supported colleagues with professionalism and good humour, and played a key role in helping us grow and strengthen our commercial proposition.
Caroline embodies the values we want our business to stand for, customer care , teamwork, integrity, and a genuine desire to do the right thing. I know many of you will have experienced first hand the quality of her work and the positive impact she has across the team.
