A year on from the Board restructuring at CIB, the company has gone from strength to strength and fulfilled the potential the new MD, Tony De Sousa, envisaged when taking on the role last year.
Tony explained “It’s been a record-breaking year in terms of growth. We’ve capitalised on the opportunities we knew were there plus we’ve established some new key relationships whilst continuing to provide the service and quality levels our loyal, existing clients have come to expect”
He continued, “All of that is down to the team here – they’re knowledgeable and dedicated, they’re the “baton carriers” for all that CIB stands for, and without them, none of what we have achieved in the last 12 months would have been possible.
“We’re still keen to become the go-to broker in both islands for expertise, quality advice and customer service,” says Tony.
